Established patient had emergency of major toothache. He didn't lecture me an established patient and I had a tooth ache from hell. For my first appointment I had to reschedule. I called ahead of time to reschedule. I'm a mother of a special needs child and the first appointment I had to reschedule was due to the school's special education staff needing to move my son's IEP meeting at school.
