RecommendedGoal Setting #2020 Starting in fall 2019, I signed up for my first morning class at Jordan's studio. I continued the class through the holidays and LOVE the early morning class! This class keeps me on track. I have been able to hit my original goals! Jeanine has a ton on info on nutrition and meals. Keeping food ideas, flavorful and healthy. I love challenging myself with the weights. I would encourage you to give this early morning class a try. Thank you, Jeanine!
