In July 2023, we acquired a Flexsteel reclining sofa. Shortly after delivery, I reached out to Jordan’s to express my concerns regarding the sofa’s inconsistent alignment between sections. Jordan’s dispatched a repair technician to inspect the sofa, and I was informed that this was the intended configuration.
