Justin Bush gave us very good service when we bought 2 area rugs this Spring. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The size we wanted was not in stock, so he ordered them from another branch, and helpfully arranged to have them delivered to the branch closer to where we live. (We had the rugs in less than a week.) He was also helpful by phone, on more than one occasion, when we had questions after getting the rugs home.
Great selection of furniture and rugs at reasonable prices. We were so happy with our rug, that we returned just a week later for a nice chair. Particularly, Justin was incredibly helpful (and patient!) with us when we purchased the rug.
We had a horrible experience with this business. They ordered the wrong flooring for us, so after waiting over six weeks, we picked it up and brought it home only to see that it was wrong. They admitted that their employee put in the incorrect product code. Instead of giving us an apology and a quick solution they tried to convince us to keep it.
