Absolutely wonderful experience getting our upstairs floors and carpet stairs replaced. Diego was super helpful finding us exactly the laminate and carpet that we wanted and put together an installation that fit perfectly with rest of the renovations which are underway. We had a horrible experience with this business. They ordered the wrong flooring for us, so after waiting over six weeks, we picked it up and brought it home only to see that it was wrong. They admitted that their employee put in the incorrect product code. Instead of giving us an apology and a quick solution they tried to convince us to keep it.
