I like the fact that i get the same hygientist each time. She's very thorough but also very gentle which i appreciate very much. Been going to the office for around 7 years or so and always have a great experience.
What I enjoyed about my cleaning appointment was how quickly they get you in the back and how quick the appointment was.
I am always treated with respect from the moment I walk into the office. I appreciate the time taken by staff members to ensure I have a positive experience.
While the girl brushed my teeth she kept wacking me in the head with the cord from the brush and either didn't notice or didn't care. We had to wait a good 15 mintues for my daughter's appointment to start which was frustrating since it was right after mine.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL, WOULD REFER MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
