I’ve been a customer of Jordan Toyota for years. They have always been helpful but recently their service has shifted. The tone of the service department has lifted, the communication has gotten stronger and the staff is more helpful than ever! I never enjoy having to take my car in but this makes it a far more pleasant experience. In a time when we’ve gotten used to accepting less, it’s refreshing to get finally get more!

Prompt service and friendly staff as well as quality service make this dealership excel. I did not particularly like getting a text as to the condition of the vehicle and the recommended service. I would have rather discussed it with the service writer before I had to accept or decline the additional service.

Jordan hid from us a driver side actuator that doesn’t work; blows cold air.

The service Advisor Thomas Lancu is very helpful and personable. My Camry was serviced very well and it performs smoothly afterwards. I am 100% satisfied with the service.
Friendly, accommodating, thorough, unrushed. Very good at explaining the issue and the corrective steps needed.
Everyone is very personable and they explain the work they are doing and do it in a timely manner.
