Young women representing service department was delightful. I should have gotten her name. I was there 3 1/2 hours for a job projected to take 2 max. She was very attentive and kept checking on my service without me asking. She made all her customers comfortable. Was very pleasant sunshiny personality. A real asset to Jordans Service department.
