We had no idea what was going on, it was after 5 and we called Jordan and Sons. Ms. Susan answered and she so was polite and I explained my situation to her. She told me she would contact her technician and call me back. She did indeed call me back and told me someone would be arriving in a business truck within 30-45 minutes, he was here in 20 minutes. Andre was so professional and after explaining our problem he knew exactly what to do. Thank y’all so much. You now have a new customer. Thank you again for everything!
Jordan and sons plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the whole Pee Dee / Columbia/ myrtle Beach region. They have professional staff that are Compadent and understand there job . I would recommend them for any plumbing, and electrical issues you may come across. Satisfied customer..
Shoddy work and they blatantly lied to cover up. Called them out for upstairs bathroom leak which caused a wet spot in my kitchen ceiling. They said there was no leak and that somehow water must have gotten behind the tub faucet...65.00 service charge. Of course I did not believe this but I thought they would have had enough integrity to come back if it continued. Mr. Garnett didn't see your name on any account in our system. I did however speak to the office manager and they told me that you came in reference to another customers name. Hence the reason for the delayed response. I see that we did refund the original customer that called the $65 trip charge done on 4-12. I also see that we went back out on 4-20 and did a repair for that original customer on a water line. This was signed off on by the person that called it in prior to work commencing. Jordan Plumbing by far is the best Plumbing company I’ve ever have had to work on my home these guys from start to finish are very professional, Anthony I must say was great explain everything I needed to know and more about the complete remodel that was done to my bathroom in the end no one disappointed me at all just a great experience with Jordan.

Horrible! Price Gouging! Bad Ethical Practices! My parents are in their 70's, Jordan and Sons Plumbing and Electrical totally took advantage them!!! They charged over $300 for a fan INSTALLATION ONLY (By the way the lights in my parents hallway now flicker thanks to the shoddy work).You would think the folk at Jordan & Sons would stop there... $65 to come tell me it will be ~$500 to cut and replace a PVC coupling and 3 inches of pipe. They charge $125 Just to go under a house...SMH
Jordan and Sons installed a new hot water heater for us today. We have called upon them for the past ten years for various plumbing needs. Jordan and Sons has never been less than impressive. They have been extremely professional throughout the course of our association. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking efficient and expert service.

I called them out to my house to fix a simple drip in my bathtub...I had all the parts they needed (I know because the maintenance man from work did my other tub for me and he gave me the parts to fix the other tub if I wanted to). The parts were just two simple springs, and I would've done it but I didn't want to chance doing damage to it. I watched the guy from work do it, and start to finish was only five minutes.
