RecommendedUPDATE: I posted the other day about Jordan & Sons plumbing and how dissatisfied I was. I would like to report that the owner contacted me through FB and asked me to call him. I did. First, I want to say, I was wrong for not asking to speak to a manager before posting. That’s something I usually do but for some reason, did not in this case. For that I apologize. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE unprofessional company with shady business practices. I’ve been in real estate for 20 years and have never experienced anything like I did tonight with this company. I would advise you to steer clear from this company

Sorry you felt like you had a horrible experience. While you may not of liked the prognosis it was based on our technician's review of the improper plumbing work done by others. We did give you a fair price to correct the plumbing code violation but you declined and stated you'd have a friend take care of it. Price given was fair and justified. Your charge for a professional assessment was just $65.00. I'd be glad to discuss this with you in private if need be.

jake b & jacob L did a fantastic job putting my hot water heater in. they were very profesional and did an awesone job. i reconmend raises for both of them!
They came out at 2:30 on Christmas Eve and fixed our backed up plumbing. I literally told my husband they saved Christmas. Super work! Thanks so much to Jordan and Sons!
