Dr. Slutsky was very thorough in explaining the Mohs surgery procedure which i needed for removal of skin cancer i had on my scalp. His staff was also very friendly and professional.
I have been a bit of a basal cell factory as of late, making me a frequent flier at Dr. Slutdky's office. It has been my good fortune to find such an outstanding surgeon to remove each spot. His attention to detail, explanation of what to expect before and after the procedure is very comforting. Stony Brook has surrounded him with an excellent supporting cast that seem to share his empathy and concern. I have recommended Dr. Slutsky to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Dr. Slutsky is a very kind and caring man. He took time to explain everything to me. Gave me time to absorb it all and to ask questions. He gave consideration to the fact that the incision was on my face and took time suturing it up to minimize scarring. I would definitely go back to him, if I needed to. And would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
