Dr. Slutsky performed my Mohs surgery on March 11th. Dr. Slutsky is an excellent surgeon, professional, and thorough in explaining the procedure and answering questions. The nurse and resident who assisted were also extremely professional and efficient.
The staff was very courteous, and friendly. I didn't have to wait long. The waiting room and the examamination room were exceptually clean. Dr. Slutsky explained everything from the procedure to the follow up care thoroughly. He made me feel very comfortable the entire time I was there.

Dr. Slutsky and his team are EXCELLANT, compassionate,.i have been going to Stony Brook dermotology for many years and these guys really know there stuff. Dr. Slutsky is a perfectionist and did a Mohs surgery in the corner of my eye and you would never know I had surgery there. I could not praise them enough thank you Stony Brook Dermatology is the best.

My procedure turned out to be much more complicated than anyone anticipated. What appeared as a tiny spot turned out to be an underlying iceberg. It was painful and traumatic for me but Dr Slutsky could not have been more professional and compassionate. This applies to his staff as well. He carefully explained every step of the way, his staff did all they could to make me comfortable and calm my anxiety and they all truly exhibited care and empathy through out.
Dr. Slutsky has performed four separate Mohs surgeries on me over the last few years the last one occurred on March 13 and 14, 2020. He is very knowledgeable and an extremely talented surgeon. He makes you feel at ease and explains everything in terms that are very easy to understand. His staff is also very attentive and helpful and make sure you are comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Slutsky to anyone in need of this type of surgeon.
