Dr. Slutsky is in constant communication with his patient so that you are aware of what is happening. His surgical skills are top notch. Great staff!

I was so nervous about having the MOHS Surgery, but thankfully I was referred to Dr. Slutsky. He and his team are amazing! The consultation, prep, surgery, and follow-up were all expertly handled with professional skill and knowledge, confidence, and a true respectful warmth. I am so appreciative of Dr. Slutsky and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Slutsky is always so kind and patient and explains everything so clearly , I've had 2 Mohs surgeries with him and had excellent results
I was provided with a detailed description of procedures to be employed in each of the surgeries. Overall health assessment was made prior to start and vitals were re-checked @ the conclusion.
The office staff must be on happy pills, they were very, very nice. The wait time for the procedure was minimal. Dr. Slutsky’s nurse and the resident doctor that assisted Dr. Slutsky were caring, friendly and professional. I received a thorough explanation from Dr.Slutsky of what Basal-cell carcinoma was, the alternatives for treatment and what Mohs surgery entails, as well as the after care. Dr. Slutsky, MD, treated my particular case with great interest and explained each step he was taking in great detail and put me at ease. He removed the Basel Cell on the first attempt. Showed me the what the area looked like.(to me Quite Large). Then he decided the best method to close the wound. He was very much dedicated to leave me with the best results, and minor scaring... Dr. Slutsky and staff treated my mothers Mohs on April 18. They did a fantastic job and were kind and caring. They have our trust 1000%. We would go back to him in a heartbeat!
Dr Slutsky clearly explained the Mohs procedure and what to expect. So glad I took the ride to Stony Brook. The surgical area is healing as expected.
