I love the doctors here! They make sure there are same day appointments open in case you get sick. Reducing the need for pricy insta cares. They are so good with my son. Kids never like doctors but he doesn't count going here like an insta care. Love this place! Dr Jones is the best!
Our service today was ridiculous. We've been going here for 20 years and I was so frustrated today! Brought my daughter in (She's 20) for a rash and hives. After US being on time, she sat in back in the exam room for over an hour! We finally told a nurse---dr storz came in 15 minutes later to ask what she was there for. If that wasn't enough, the diagnosis? "Be a detective and figure out what is causing your itchy legs and face!" Take Benadryl. This used to be a great place not anymore! Tried to cancel a appointment and still charged me $30 dollars. I have been going here over 20 years have recommended friends and family now it is all about the money they want! I have never no showed tried to call the night before no more answering service. Called when they opened the next morning and was told I did not give 24 hours notice so the price would be determined by the doctor on how much I OWE! Friendly doctors and staff. Even the "annual physical" didn't seem very bad.
I Love Em! I Love Them All! They are the Greatest Group of Caregivers I've had the pleasure to be seen by. I'm grateful they all went to school to learn how to care for me and my family. You Guy's Are Awesome. Katie even let's me mow her lawn in the winter!
I would refer anyone and everyone to this office! They are all so nice, understanding and make going to the doctor much easier!:)
Phenomenal group of doctors and the staff are great. Highly recommend them to see your entire family.
