I got a call from someone there requesting I schedule an appointment with Dr. Jones because Dr. Storz no longer works there. I made the appointment for the next morning. I had a work emergency come up and I called as soon as I could and the doctor (of whom I have never met) wanted to charge me a fee because I didn’t cancel within 24 hours. I didn’t schedule 24 hours in advance so cancelling 24 hours in advance wasn’t possible. Dr. Storz would have never done that and I saw him for years. I visited this office today for my daughter first visit. I absolutely love Dr. Piacitelli! I followed her from her last office. She is just so friendly, and personable! Just awesome! I feel like she really cares for her patients and just sits and gives you the time to explain yourself sometimes just nice to vent! I highly recommend this office because she’s here!
We've been patients of Dr Jones for over 20 years. He has taken the time to listen, not just to what I say, but what is going on inside me. He very literally saved my life, when he heard a heart murmur and pursued it. I had a Congenital Heart Defect. It was repaired by a Surgeon, but I have total trust in Dr Jones.
I love coming here and travel from The Avenues to do so. Doctor Jones and Debra are very through and take time to answer questions. Plus, super big bonus for being able to talk about all the sci-fi shows with Doctor Jones. Hopefully our a ham-handed government doesn't ruin my marketplace health care so I can keep coming here consistently as I like to. Thanks team!
Staff is Great..... Actually The Best.... Always very caring and genuine. They have always treated me very good, PLUS Dr. Heather Sojourner & My Favorite "Crystal" have a Fantastical Patient and Fan ..... Well until I die !! - 5 Stars.
