Have been going here for several years. The medical service is fine but their billing is beyond poor. They don’t make corrections or return phone calls. I even had my insurance company send them a letter stating to not bill me 2 months ago and it is still not fixed! Huge headache...save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
RecommendedSometimes the Office Lady's are a bit much but the Doc's are the best! Dr. Anderson is one of the Best Doctors. Although I had a hard time adjusting to the new staff they have made me feel very welcome, and have always been very nice. After the death of a long time Dr. it was nice to find a good caring office to take us all in.
Dr Johnson is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I will never ever see him again. I cried the whole way home. Horrible horrible place do not go here!!!!
In looking for a family doctor I tried Jordan Ridge and was turned away because I don't fit their normal patient profile. I am with CHM and use self pay. They couldn't understand this and told me the doctor wouldn't see me even though I was in pain from a dog bit injury.
Dr Sabrina Steele is my doctor and she is the best.I can usually call and get an appointment the same day.
