They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was referred to Dr. Jordan by a friend who sees him. I liked him immediately and he helped me very much. He listens well and gives good feedback. He is not rushed or preoccupied. He is clearly very intelligent and yet he is warm. I look forward to my appointments. His office staff is efficient and friendly. I saw Dr. Jordan one time. He charged $350.00. I came completely prepared and did the majority of the talking. He did not offer any opinions or support regarding my problems. At one point Dr. Jordans eyes closed and his head bobbed forward as though he was having a hard time staying awake. He informed me later, by way of a form letter in the mail, that he would no longer be able to treat me with no reasons. I feel completely victimized. Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions

They make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listen to every question or concern I may have. They answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to be there for me when I need them. It made me confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were doing. They even followed up by calling me when I was out of state to see how I was doing.
