Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

I have never been to a psychiatrist before and was very uncomfortable about it. Dr. Jordan put me at ease right away. He is very easy to talk to and gives his opinions freely. (I was afraid he would just nod his head the whole time.) He is quick and bright and understood my situation immediately. I wish he took insurance, but I'd rather pay him out of pocket than waste time with someone else. He is really good.

I was a little nervous about meeting Dr. Jordan because he is so well known and revered in his profession. He could not have been more warm and down to earth. I was immediately comfortable and poured my heart out. He gave me great insight into my situation and was very relaxed and interested. He did not push medication but said he would be willing to try a low "starter dose" of an antidepressant if I felt necessary. This was one of the few psychiatric offices where a human answered the phone rather than an answering machine. It was easy to make an appointment and the scheduler was friendly and accomodating. The doctor (shockingly) runs right on time and took me in at the exact time of my appointment. He listened to me attentively and gave great feedback. He did not seem bored or rushed.
