I’m a nurse who works out of state. This last trip was brutal with lots of patients & scans & transferring of patients. I have never been more glad to have an appointment w Rebecca Jordan as I was this week. As always, she sympathized & said “Sounds like you need self care.” To which I replied “You are my self care!” Do yourself a favor: call the office & get an appointment; the self care is worth it & the relief is instantaneous!
