Chic and fab customer service
So sad. I came from far away to pick up an item only to find out that the store is closed even though the website says they’re open until 3pm. Terrible! 0 stars. I have to click on one so they can let me post. Disgusted!
Spoke to the employee on the phone and told her it will take me 23mins to reach for a necklace I wanted to purchase and drove a distance to the store just to only figure out the staff left early I had to find a parking spot. And I reached the door at 2:39 who closes 21 mins early if your buisness says 3pm please honor that🤦♀️.
