I love Jons Bridal – My consultant at Jon?s bridal was fabulous, especially in comparison to the other experiences in other bridal stores. The Jon?s consultant immediately picked up on the style I wanted and helped to narrow it down to just a few. She never pushed a sale or a gown. She was simply concerned with my happiness. Beware – *The tagline is downright ridiculous; the store has nothing to do with Italy. Overall my experience at Jon's Bridal was bad. I agree with other reviewers, that the whole staff, owners incl, seem only to care about money. Naturally, it all comes down to business, no matter where you buy your dress from. But I urge people to look at reviews from other sites and take note of how highly unfair the store has treated other customers and ask yourself if it's worth the risk. JON'S BRIDAL WORST SERVICE EVER – I went to Jon's Bridal today with my sister who is getting married in two weeks. My sister went there by herself and bought a dress there 2 days ago in kind of a rush.This weekend we went back to return it because it was too tight (she is pregnant). Also, her and her fiancee decide to just have a small wedding and Jon's did not have a selection of informal dresses. The first thing she did was yell at my sister for coming early. BAD BUSINESS.. DONT GO HERE – went to Jons bridal for my dress and ended up buying a dress for over $1,200.00. The dress had stains on it and beads that needed to be repaired so they kept the dress and veil while they sent it to be repaired. When I went to pick up and pay for my dress and veil that were still at the store I let them know that I was going to look for a different veil with a more feminine look. My mother lives over 2,000 miles away and would not be able to come with me to Jons again so we would have to look in... read more

mystery shopping – The only reason I give the shop 3 stars is because the selection is very good. But some strange observations are that the brands are kept a closely guarded secret; meaning there is no way to refer my out of state bridesmaids to see what's available! No catalog, no pictures, no manufacturer search!!! My advice is to make use of searching the web's dress sites if you do find a dress you like and you can find it elsewhere for less.

Sales Associate not nice. – I visited this store yesterday. I am sad to say that is was a very upsetting experience. I made an appt at 5pm earlier that day, when I arrived and explained that I already had my dress and was interested in seeing veils, my sales assoc. seemed very put off and stated that I didn't need an appt for that. I was not aware of this. I realize that the sale for a veil is less than the dress but isn't the customer referral even more valuable than both? She then began showing us veils. Go. Just for the adventure if nothing else. This is definitely the place for the bride to be who wants to sit by a fountain and pretend she's in Italy while she tries on wedding gowns. – The Duds Jon's carries designers such as Vera Wang. So expect it to be expensive. But the good news is you can buy off the rack. There's also an extensive bridesmaid's department. For instance, you can come in with the wedding party an hour before the wedding and buy off the rack. They have a seamstress on duty at all times who is very quick... read more
