disappointing service – Although there is a good selection of dresses, the customer service at Jon's Bridal is terrible. When I went there to look at dresses and then to pick mine up, the ladies at the front counter were rude to me and my family. They were not happy and had a bad attitude, like they didn't want to be there-definitely not cheerful at all. Calm, pleasant and fun experience – I had been to 2 other bridal stores: one was a boutique, where the dresses were all too small to see what they really looked like on, and the service was relaxed. The other was a BIG CHAIN that left me feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. I knew a friend who had gotten her dress at Jon's, so I decided to go with my mom and future mother-in-law. The best experience ever – This is the first place I should have started on my quest to find the right dress. I went in a little under the weather because I could find MY dress and with my price range. Well I had Tessie as my consultant she was awesome! She was so patient even though my appointment started to extend beyond my alotted time, she made sure I found my perfect dress. Through this experience I will send every bride I know to Jon's just to save them the time and aggrivation. Keep up the good work Jon's Bridal.

Best Bridal Store – I went to Jon's this past weekend on 5/14/11. Tessie was my consultant. She is fantastic! I couldn't say enough nice things about her. I requested her because she also helped my sister with her gown last year. Everyone at Jon's bridal are so nice and the experience is wonderful. I knew I would find my dress there. There is so many to chose from. The price is is unbelievable for what you get! GORGEOUS GOWN AND AMAZING SERVICE.

Jons Bridal Experiance **AWESOME** – I purchased my dress from Jons bridal one month ago and just picked it up today! What a WONDERFUL experience! I had shopped at one store before this one and it was awful, my mom was helping me put on dresses in a typical small fitting room, NO HELP from attendant. We (my entire Bridal party, and MOMS) went to Jons Bridal directly after the first place! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Amazing Experience at Jon's – Jon’s is amazing!!! I worked with Denise, who I could not say enough nice things about. I walked in with little idea about what kind of gown I wanted or what would look good on my body. She walked me through it so easily, I wasn’t stressed at all! She was patient, kind, truthful, and knowledgeable. I ended up with a beautiful dress (high quality) at a great price. Wonderful dress shopping experience at Jon’s! Bought and brought home my dress! – I have been to almost 10 bridal shops in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, and St. Pete over the past 6 months looking for my wedding dress. Hands down, Jon's Bridal was the best! My bridal consultant was Tessie. She was helpful, professional, and most of all sincere. Ask for Rebecca Brownlee..she is awesome. – Jon's Bridal is awesome. The dresses are gorgeous and pristine. But the best yet is the service...... Rebecca is who worked with me. She knew what I wanted before I did. I loved every dress she picked for me. Rebecca is over the top nice, and knowledgeable. I have been to bridal shops down in Miami on the Mircle Mile, and Jon's bridal beat them all, because of the service I recieved. Wonderful experience! – I went to Jon's Bridal expecting to try on different styles of dresses to find what I would like, not to actually purchase a dress. I thought I would need to shop around and go to several places. I was not planning on finding the PERFECT dress!
