Dr. Hougaard was very friendly, nice & caring about my concerns regarding my visit. She took all the time she needed to answer all my questions & I did not feel hurried at all. She of course was very knowledgeable about the reason for my visit.
Dr. Hougaard is great. She is always kind and listens to my concerns. Her office staff is great and I was able to get in when I was sick. I am so grateful that I found her and plan to stay with her.
Had a great visit here! Dr. Hougaard is very kind and the staff made my daughter feel very comfortable. Everything was top notch from start to finish! I was even able to schedule an appointment online and got in that afternoon! Will definitely be going back!

I have been going to this clinic for many years but this was my first experience with dr hougaard . She was very thorough and was willing and able to answer all of my questions. Didn’t make me feel rushed., even though she was busy . Very competent.
She is a good family Dr. She see both my kids and myself.
I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a doctor. She was very dismissive and condescending. I was instantly judged by her and treated like trash. I will never be able to open up to her and trust her to take care of me. I could never put my "life" in her hands. The amazing reviews have to be left by staff or herself. Trust the people who say she's brash and do yourself a favor, find another doctor who sees you as a human and actually cares about you.
I saw Dr. Hougaard today to establish care. It took almost 30 minutes for her to see me and when she did...ooph. She is not friendly at all. Tried to ask about how her vacation yet (front desk said she was gone on one when I called to schedule) and I got a pretty cold response. Tried cracking a couple small jokes during visit to warm up the room and still nada. The rest of the staff is friendly so I will be requesting a different provider next time. She is just not for me.

Dr Hoogard's clinic let me know that I needed to schedule an appointment for follow up lab work. She then took the time to review my lab work and explain the numbers to me. I have never felt she has tried to rush me through my appointment.
