I don't know how 12 people could possibly recommend Joni. She was a burden to work with and unprofessional. She had excuses for not working weekends, she did not check messages after hours (even when offers came in), she offered practically no support when it came to negotiating with buying agents and she was rude on the phone more than once. We lost 5 offers dealing with her in an area that sells quickly. Also, whatever bargain photographer she brought in was also a big let down. Would not recommend.

Joni was freaking amazing!!! I moved to San Antonio, in 2015, and had to complete the entire transaction from AZ, except for actually viewing the property, which we flew in to do. It was a complete, and utter disaster, which was compounded daily, after we moved in. I never felt that our realtor had our best interests at heart, and being that she always spoke fondly of the sellers, came to understand too late where her loyalties lied. I highly recommend Joni Falcome if you're looking for the best available realtor to help you in the process of selling or buying a home. She went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. She communicated with us constantly to kept us informed in what was going on with buyers financing,etc.

I will never use anyone else for my realtor needs! She handled our rental property and was very smooth in the paperwork process. Thank you Joni for being diligent and hardworking and for getting my property sold as well. Others had tried previous years and failed. Joni sold it within a week! If you need a professional, look no further than Joni!

Joni was referred to us by USAA Movers Advantage and was professional, knowledgeable and personable in every way. We truly enjoyed working with her. She sold our home well within the time frame she said it would and also got us what we were asking for our home. We referred her to our neighbor who was selling their condo and she shined for them too. We have since moved to North Dallas but she continues to keep in touch and wish us well.
