Joni is a fantastic realtor. She’s super knowledgeable and excellent at her job. We bought a house in a different state than we were living. She made accommodations by face timing us while checking out houses we were interested in. She worked on weekends and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. She was an excellent negotiator, and we trust her advice implicitly. I would highly recommend Joni to anyone looking for an excellent realtor.

Joni is a customer-centric professional who is very passionate about her job. Joni is very reachable, and she responds to calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner. Joni is very honest and optimistic. She guided us through the home buying process(end-to-end). Joni followed up with every stakeholder to ensure that timelines were met.
