How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress my son was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I'd be apprehensive to go anywhere else. The people are great there.
