No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

I was extremely pleased with my care. The cleaning was different - gentle but thorough. The dental hygienist took time to get coffee stains out from the back side of my teeth and used a cleaning process and massage that was new to me, effective, and soothing. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes
