if i could give no stars i would. Their receptionist Barbra is rude, she doesn't listen at all. She kept sending my child's records to places that we don't know about and didn't authorize. Never to the people I told her to send it to. She hangs up in your face. Put you on hold hoping you would hang up. I had to request prescriptions over 5 times. It got to the point we had to do a conference call. She's a lier too!! That conference call was the best decision because she kept lying and twisting around what was told to her. So... read more
