Always a great workout with Coach Tay! She understands my goals and knows exactly how to get me there and some. I’m probably the worst person to train because I complain a lot but some how she knows to get it done. I’ve attended her group sessions and hired her for PT both times were a killer but so worth it.
One one one sessions with Taylor were so productive and informative! I learned so much about my form and the importance of nutrition to reach my muscle goals. She mixes up the workouts and they're always great -i'm always 'good sore' the next couple days. Highly recommend Jones Resilience Training !
