RecommendedHad an ant issue 3 years ago inside by our sliding patio door, called Jones Pest Control because of a flier left in our area. Haven’t had issues since then, inside or outside. We have a puppy, and they are very nice to her and explain the products are safe for pets. Their just a text or an email away. We won’t go with anyone else for pest control, well worth the price. They come back for reservice when needed, and are on time for timeframes given.
I love Jones Pest Solutions! They are very friendly, very efficient, reasonably priced and do a great job! Highly recommend them!
I can only be available on Saturdays or Sundays for appointments. I currently use Jones Pest Solutions and find their customer service deplorable and have been for the year or so I’ve been their customer. They are full of apologies but not full of help. I need a company that will make regular Saturday appointments and keep or reschedule them for Saturday’s only. They send door-to-door salesman to solicit one-year contracts. Then, after the contract expired, they just kept spraying our home every three months afterwards, even though we asked them to stop multiple times.
JPS is very friendly, responsive, and communicative. They really know their stuff, and do a great job! Highly recommended!
I signed a contract because I was told they would take care of the hornets in my backyard. I called them every few days because all summer we couldn't go in our backyard. Finally after calling several times he told me theirs really nothing they could do and in a month the weather would change and they would be gone. I asked if I could cancel the service then since they didn't do what I hired them to do. He said no because I signed a contract for a years service. I had no other pest problems so I paid for a year for nothing.
I had the ABSOLUTE best experience with Ryan at this company. He is educational and very patient. I HIGHLY recommend them for any pest issues!! great price for the service too. He found a huge wasp nest behind one of our shutters and I could not believe all the bugs that were in the grass and basement.
We have used Jones for over a year. I initially selected them because they have non-toxic & organic products, which is all we use around our home. Their customer service is excellent and they’re always willing to come out at no charge between treatments (which we’ve rarely needed) to take care of any issues that come up.
