RecommendedHad an ant issue 3 years ago inside by our sliding patio door, called Jones Pest Control because of a flier left in our area. Haven’t had issues since then, inside or outside. We have a puppy, and they are very nice to her and explain the products are safe for pets. Their just a text or an email away. We won’t go with anyone else for pest control, well worth the price. They come back for reservice when needed, and are on time for timeframes given.
I love Jones Pest Solutions! They are very friendly, very efficient, reasonably priced and do a great job! Highly recommend them!
I can only be available on Saturdays or Sundays for appointments. I currently use Jones Pest Solutions and find their customer service deplorable and have been for the year or so I’ve been their customer. They are full of apologies but not full of help. I need a company that will make regular Saturday appointments and keep or reschedule them for Saturday’s only. I had the ABSOLUTE best experience with Ryan at this company. He is educational and very patient. I HIGHLY recommend them for any pest issues!! great price for the service too. He found a huge wasp nest behind one of our shutters and I could not believe all the bugs that were in the grass and basement.
We have used Jones for over a year. I initially selected them because they have non-toxic & organic products, which is all we use around our home. Their customer service is excellent and they’re always willing to come out at no charge between treatments (which we’ve rarely needed) to take care of any issues that come up. Friendly & informative techs & family owned local company. Highly recommend!

They came right out and treated our whole property for spiders. We had been using a large chain company and were unhappy with both the customer service and treatment services. This company was so much more thorough and so nice to work with! Happy to be supporting small business!
While I’m sure they are great at the services they provide they are very terrible at getting business. We had a door to door guy come by and get my 7 year old child to open the door. Luckily I was on my way to the door and told him we have a no knock sign for a reason we are not interested in what he is selling. He then put an empty glass Snapple bottle behind the tire of my truck which I didn’t see and ran over. Here is the pictures of this highly intelligent individual with the bottle in his hand.
