Had a mishap with my 1974 Honda Cb200t shift lever. Hit some gravel and laid the bike down. Bent my shifter lever . Chris went above and beyond to help me out on a Friday to get me back on the road. He made me feel like a long time friend and got me back on the road in no time. Didn't even charge me labor. People like him are hard to come by these days. Thanks again Chris for ourstanding customer service. Can't thank you enough!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Called to get information about parts and installation to fix my husband's bike. Jones was rude, condescending and disrespectful and everything but helpful. I'm a housewife trying to fix my husband's bike for surprise. If you're gonna answer the phone or call someone back, be respectful and kind to the people you speak with because there's always another option to use. I would never recommend or do business with this individual.
I called this guy and I still didn’t get his name, but we are From Bangor, Maine and I asked him if he could help me get my bike off the back of my truck. This guy went above and beyond helping me to achieve this situation along with the Chiefland Police Department, which I thought was awesome, and never charge me a dime which we wanted to compensate him, but he refused! I would recommend Jones performance cycles whenever you need help because this guy was awesome!
