These guys have a contract with my apartments at riverhill townhomes. Worker just drug his mower down the side of my Audi A6 and tried to drive away. When I called the owner to talk with him about it he wanted to argue as if he didn't do it when I have had 4 witnesses step forward. Police report has been filed and now I'm warning everyone about these guys and their horrible ethics. In response to the most recent negative review: The owner's poor character is well known throughout the community. This translates both in local business and life in general. You simply cannot treat customers, or anyone for that matter, with this type of disrespect. Trying to sweep it under the rug as if nothing happened only adds insult to injury. Jones does the landscaping for all 3 of our storage facilities in Knoxville. They do an excellent job keeping our properties neat and well groomed. Always very quick to respond if we need anything extra done. Highly recommend to anyone!
You're level of incompetence is amazing. Word to the wise, you probably should not be operating a business without being properly insured. If this is the case, it will be fun getting your little operation shut down, seeing as it is against the law to refuse your insurance when you are at fault. Fix the Audi, or reap what you sew.
