Lack of communication. No replies to multiple emails.
Been here for 3 years now and it’s one of nicest places around for the price and everyone down to maintenance is very nice. Sure they have some leaks from all the rain but what place doesn’t right now. All in all the nicest place in NOHO especially for the price.
Not professional poor customer service
Fantastic and ethical company. They take very good care of their units. Fairly priced for the amenities they provide.
