Unbelievably horrible management, and a collosal waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid this company at all cost, it's not worth it. Never showed up to my apartment showing two times despite confirming via text and email multiple times. Then they had the gall to say I never made an appointment when I have the text messages and emails to prove that I had. Then when I tried calling their office to see when the property manager would show up for my appointment, I was greeted by a useless AI bot. I still wasn't in there system.... read more
Hello: I have been very patient with Jones and Jones. They take no accountability and lack communication with renters. I have emailed several times about a problem, left 2 detailed voice messages at corporate. I placed a Yelp review earlier this week and was told to call corporate. I got no help for the 4th time talking to someone there. It’s very frustrating. I need to talk to a regional manager, if only I could get someone to forward my messages to them.
