Never Never sign a lease with this damn company The worst service and company you would deal They have an application that will take you 5-7 hours to fill out. They ask for so many records but in return, they have the worst support. I moved in Oct0/1/25 and since then I was not able to use the washer and dryer Both were dysfunctional, after following several times, finally the maintenance guy along with some one else supposedly from the manager to check the problems. They will pay there time .. life is folliwing them.
Lack of communication. No replies to multiple emails.
Been here for 3 years now and it’s one of nicest places around for the price and everyone down to maintenance is very nice. Sure they have some leaks from all the rain but what place doesn’t right now. All in all the nicest place in NOHO especially for the price.
