I wasn't going to write a review until we left this awful living space, but I can't bite my tongue anymore. This review will be in 2 parts because there's so much to say. We have lived in the same apartment going on 3 years now. We have had NON-STOP issues with little to no help from the front office staff. Irina Rudd in particular is awful to deal with. They have no business managing people where they live. They put all of their trust into the buildings landlord's and give people without any management experience ridiculous rules and guidelines to manage the tenants in their multiple apartment dwellings. They give a 3 day Grace period to their tenants and file evictions on the fifth. If you attempt to reach them you are looped back around to the landlord that you live side by side with and have to beg for extra time an if you are late more than twice they will kick you out.... read more
