I am happy with this office, and plan to continue there indefinitely. I'm especially happy that whenever there is a question or a problem it is dealt with professionally and directly. I have confidence in all the people who work there.
Everything was fine, except when I went to pay with my debt card. I owed $8.60 for my portion of the bill. Jennifer put in $860.00 and when I discovered it, she didn't refund that amount, but subtracted the $8.60 from the amount. When I told my husband he called the bank. Because she didn't refund me the $860 and then debit the $8.60 it caused me to be overdrawn. Upon calling back to your office Jennifer said she couldn't refund on the machine she had.
