I had to reschedule an appointment but none was available in December so I was in danger of skipping one of my semi-annual insurance paid check-ups. I was put on a waiting list but after 2 weeks had given up hope of getting in or if the office still had me on the list. However I was very pleasantly surprised when Amber called me and I was able to get in with my regular hygenist Kathy the following day. Great job of saving my scheduled check up. Of course I had a very pleasant and professional check up as always.

The doctors and staff are always extremely kind, patience, and comforting to work with. The demeanor of the office is very helpful considering dental appointments unfortunately aren't something I look forward to.
The wait was because of the guy in front of me. Must have been a grumpy old man. You guys are always great and very professional. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
My experience was up to the standards I have come to expect from Jones Family Dentistry. The staff is professional, friendly and patient focused.
