I did not have a good experience yesterday with my visit. I am not happy with the chair side manner of the dentist. Not very personable. I understand you were training a new assistant but she was unable to communicate what was going to happen, when things did not go well I did not feel reassured and aftercare was not explained, my question/concern ignored. I left my previous dentist of 10 years due to a disagreement 2 years ago. Jones Bridge Dental care is a referral from my sister in law. My first visit exceeded my expectations totally. I was greeted warmly by Claudia who took my statistical information plus a quick tour of the facility. She took the necessary x-rays and photos. Dr Panida Nasseh appeared and introduced herself. The examination was done and a plan was proposed for the needed treatment. NICE!

I do recommend when taking ex ray that they should go over the ex ray regarding to discuss all dental work that need to be done.
