Not good beach for beginners like me the water not that clean
I've been coming here since I was a kid, and in the last few years have come back. This lifelong Long Islander can't imagine summer without it! Great place to spend a summer night, great place to work out, great place to enjoy nature at its finest. I'm glad to see New York State has taken an interest to spruce up the park again, and look forward to enjoying its beaches for a long time to come. I'm only sorry there are just a handful of months of the year to enjoy it! Mike Dragonetti
