Just had an FNA procedure done by Dr. Russell. This is exactly kind of medical service I would like to see and I hope more doctors will learn from his practice. I had a 5cm thyroid nodule (based on ultrasound) and I needed FNA ASAP. However, I spent a whole day and called. a few dozens doctors offices all over. this area. I cannot stress enough how incredible Dr. Russell and his team are. They were incredibly professional and kind in addition to being communicative, timely and on top of my care. The recommendations and information given by Dr. Russell felt tailored to me as a patient, something which can be so hard to find. His team made me and importantly, my family, feel at ease. I could not have felt more confident going into surgery or with the results.

I had a total thyroidectomy done by Dr. Russell back on 8/6 and I cannot recommend him enough. Him and his entire team were wonderful. My situation was a bit unique, as I was running out of options to manage my Graves and trending towards a possible thyroid storm and they were very accommodating of that.
