The entire experience was great from the check in desk (efficient and friendly) to the x ray tech (also efficient and friendly) to the two MDs I saw. First I had a very informative visit with the resident who thoroughly explained my X Rays and answered questions. Dr. Spanyer came in next and provided an overview of my condition and the options available to me. He was also instructing a PA which provided even more detail. He has impeccable bedside manner and will certainly be my surgeon of choice when the time comes.
Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. Dr. Spanyer is a very nice and thoughtful man. I am very pleased with my knee replacement . He talk to you so you can understand what going on. Thank you
Dr Spanyer listens intently to what you have to say. He answers all your questions and explains issues and solutions in easy to understand language. You are his focus when he is in the room with you and never makes you feel rushed. Before leaving, he always asks, is there anything else I can help you with. He has great staff too. Always upbeat!
Dr Spanyer is awesome! I highly recommend him. He has replaced both of my hips. Both are fantastic works of art! He's a very talented surgeon and he is very friendly. He listens well and shows great empathy towards your situation. He and his super team at St Elizabeth Edgewood get you well informed about your surgery and take great care of you. I love my new hips! Went through OrthoCincy and found the greatest surgeon for my knee replacements. One done in 2021 and other in 2022. Dr Spanyer is the best. Even my therapy people said if the needed knee replacements they would use Dr Spanyer. Have had no problems with my knees at all. I would refer all who needs knee replacements to Dr Spanyer. He is the best

Went in for knee and hip discomfort. Got to the root of it. Very thorough great bedside manners just an amazing doctor. I highly recommend.
