I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered m... read more

Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it
