Dr. Kim is amazing. This is my 3rd time doing IVF with him (and 3rd successful pregnancy) and I would not do it with anyone else. He is so knowledgeable and always explains everything so I understand exactly what is going on. He is also personable and remembers things about our family we talked about years ago. My doctor has always been extremely positive and professional. I have had a great experience through two pregnancies with dr. Kim.
Doctor is amazing. Patient, positive and always willing to answer all of my questions. I am extremely happy with the overall experience.
Going to a fertility specialist is already a scary thing but Dr. kim and his staff made it calming. He explained everything in great detail. the staff and Dr. Kim were always there to answer any questions or concerns. I heard horror stories of fertility specialist and treatment, but thanks to this team, my experience was a great one
Dr Kim and staff were very informative and caring through the whole process. We are very grateful for all that they have done for us. The experience can be stressful at times but Dr Kim and staff put our minds at ease. We are very happy that we chose hfi Sugar Land to perform our ivf treatment.
I had a great experience with Dr Kim and the nursing staff. They were all very kind, caring and considerate. Dr Kim was very knowledgable, professional and sensitive to the emotional impacts of fertility treatment. One thing I found room for improvement was the instructions for medication schedules to be difficult to follow without transferring them into a calendar view in excel after each appointment
Dr. Kim was very thorough in his decisions and explanations throughout the process. The entire staff was very personable and friendly. They genuinely take an interest in each patient. I always felt welcomed and cared for.
I have a really good feedback with HFI and its team. Wonderful team. Dr Kim was perfect with us really reassuring and highly competent. I was lucky my first infertility treatment worked the first time thanks to dr Kim.
Dr. Kim and his staff are excellent. Nurses are always available to answer questions. Overall everything is fine .
