Staff very welcoming and make you feel comfortable at every appointment Dr.Kim always respond to you in a timely manner and make you feel comfortable and make sure you understand everything step by step. Procedure was explained throughly by nurses and i they made sure my experience was amazing!

We absolutely love Dr. Kim and all the ladies in the office. Over the last year it really become a place we feel very at home at. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Some of the procedures sucked but Dr. Kim was really understanding and comforting. I feel heard and seen as a patient and any questions or concerns I have are always answered in a timely manner.
Katy aspire is an absolutely wonderful place to proceed in your fertility journey and experience. The office,staff and doctors are such great positive energy and they really do care about you and your needs. This is the best fertility office in Houston. I highly highly recommend this office to everyone wanting to start their fertility journey. Such a beautiful place with amazing people.
Dr. Kim is always so patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff (Katie, Ronica, Aurora, and Vanessa) is always knowledgeable and patient with answering questions or providing instructions about medication. Jennifer who draws blood is fantastic at her job, she makes the frequent blood draws much easier to get through because she is so efficient and painless.
Would recommend to explain the lab values and other tests as to what we expected and what is the levels.
This was our second time with Dr. Kim and his nursing staff. Again, every single one of them was absolutely amazing. Very fast, effecient, and respond to messages very quickly. We will miss them!!
I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone has made this process so comfortable for me and my wife. Dr. Kim has been a breath of fresh air. He explains everything in detail and with great understanding. It makes for such a wonderful experience when you have a doctor who you know and feel genuinely cares about you as a patient.
