we have had a great experience at Dr. Kim's office. The office is very timely. the nurses are all wonderful and willing to help/answer questions. Infertility is hard but they make going through the process easier.
Although challenging, I have loved this experience due to the kindness, thoroughness and dedication of Dr. Kim and staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with fertility.

Dr. Kim has exceptional bedside manner. He is patient and thoroughly explains his process to patients. The nurses are all professional and friendly.
the staff and doctor are attentive, answer questions quickly, and appointments are timely. for my egg retrieval, i do not feel as though the staff informed me about healing from egg procedure, i had a lot of eggs, the doctor and team knew that, i was told i could go back to work the next day when i asked about recovery, i ended up needing a week off work and felt horrible the whole time.
I had an amazing experience with Dr Kim and his staff. They were very helpful and amazing. they were always there whenever i needed on calls, for appointment. staff and doctors communication was really good overall 5 stars.
Dr. Kim is amazing! His bedside manner and overall kindness toward his patients is exceptional. He answered all of our questions from the beginning of the process to the end and made sure we were at ease and had the answers we needed. His staff is wonderful, responsive, and helped guide us every step of our IVF journey. We are so thankful for Dr. Kim as he helped us get pregnant with our miracle baby!
Dr. Kim has wonderful bed side manor. He makes me feel very comfortable and talks you through every thing.
Everything about the Sugar Land is amazing. The procedure was super easy this go round and we got our blessing, all thanks to Dr. Kim and his amazing team. I guess the third time really was a charm but they made this dream come true a reality for us.
