Had an excellent experience with Dr. Shadi and all of his staff. Before surgery there was a lot of back and forth with my insurance, and the office manager did an excellent job staying on top of that and keeping me up-to-date. I had a lot of detailed questions, and he thoroughly answered them all. The surgery itself went very smooth, with the doctor clearly communicating his next actions to put me at ease, which made the experience a lot less stressful.
