Secretary gave a big fancy lemon law calculation. Made his fee look reasonable. At the end of it all, he admitted himself the amount offered by the manufacturer is fixed and he can't control it. He said his price is based on "service".... almost all the money went to him. Waste of money in my opinion. BIG MISTAKE. See Florida Bar rule 4-1.5
I would not recommend the services of Jonathan D. Schwartz, P.A. based on my experience as a Lemon Law client. The communication throughout the process was inadequate and disorganized. I had virtually no direct interaction with Mr. Schwartz. Nearly all correspondence was managed by his assistant, who at one point, during a phone call, advised me to report a defect in my vehicle even if I could not identify one—a suggestion that raised serious ethical concerns for me.
