Immediately put me at ease and carefully listened as I went over my problem. Met my needs for a doctor. Added him to my list of providers as soon as I got home.
Dr. Picard takes very good care of me.However and I’m sure it was not his fault, it took him over 1 hour and a half to see me. Scheduling too tightlyIs probably the cause.

I’m sitting in the office for a 9:45 appointment and it already half hour late. Appointment was supposed to be 2 weeks post op but could not get an appointment until a month after surgery. Called with pain and was able to move it to today even if it’s already late!!!!
Dr. Picard does a great job of explaining any problems I might have. I don’t understand why I am told to arrive 15 minutes for my appointment and not being seen for an hour.
