Was an hour late to the appointment, was not apologetic. Didn't order any additional tests or ask me any additional questions about my symptoms - just told me he wasn't able to help me. Can't believe I waited in a room in an hour for that.
Dr Kay is a true professional and a stand out in his field. We have been with Dr Kay since his time at MGH in Boston where he led conferences and was an outstanding physician. Dr Kay continues his practice now in Worcester where he works with medical students and residents to help them advance in their knowledge. He is caring, kind and warm. He always does his best to provide the best medical care that he can. I trust Dr. Kay implicitly, he answers all questions and performs proceedures with grace and skill.
I can't recommend this doc. Did not listen to my history and jumped the gun on a diagnosis. Did not explain dangerous side effects of the prescribed medication, it was the pharmacist who actually told me and she stood in shock that the prescribing doctor didn't go into any details about it. I would get a second opinion if you see him.
