Dr. Berg himself is a genuinely nice and friendly person. But his staff—especially the front desk—is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are shockingly rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. Their behavior toward patients is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Yelling at people, talking down to them, and making them feel small seems to be their standard way of operating. My husband with very complex problems saw Dr Berg to consult about sleep issues. I am a physician and psychiatrist myself and I have to say that this was the most complete and perfect consultation I had ever seen. Not only had he familiarized himself beforehand with a very long and involved history but he listened very carefully to all our descriptions, questions and concerns. I have been trying to make an appointment as a new patient with Dr Jonathan Berg who I was referred to by another doctor. so far I have been trying to call multiple times a day for last 3 days, phone calls are not answered, you are instructed to leave a message for a call back, which has not happened yet, I am eager to be in the care of Dr Berg, however quite frustrated with the office and process, I will be more than happy to update this review after someone gets back to me
A great doctor who understand and know exactly what the patient need I strongly recommend him .
