I HAVE GONE TO DR.KIM'S DENTAL OFFICE SINCE 2015 AND I CHOSE THEM AS THEY ARE ONE OF THE MORE REPUTABLE OFFICE IN THE AREA I LIVE IN. THE STAFF HERE ARE WONDERFUL, SWEET AND PATIENT. THE SERVICE AND CARE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I would definitely like to suggest NOT to go to the dental office as their arrangement, unhelpful administrative staff and the collection manager would make you crazy. I needed to fix my front teeth as it was broken in late of Jun 2021. I made an appointment with the administrative staff for the first time, and they asked me to make appointment for the next visit every time. The staff ran my insurance, told me they were in network, took numerous x-rays, didn't even come up with a solid plan, THEN told me they were out of network. They ran up nearly $1000 in xray costs without my consent and with my understanding they were in network. This practice should be penalized.

Wish I could give 0 stars for this practice!! I went there on Monday because I had a decayed molar that needed to be extracted, they quoted me $172 for the exam and that would be applied to the extraction fee.. well of course they took a full mouth X-ray and that wasn't even my dilema nor did I want a full mouth X-ray because I already know how money hungry these people are.. anyways, after the exam they told me it's about $600 MORE because they are going to put in bone graft and implant!! I've been going to this dentist since 2001, he is been doing excellent service. Always receives patients very humbly and saying hi, how are you?.. My whole family is going to this doctor. His staff is very nice and polite. He has very good facilities. Always they give us free brushes and flosses. I recommended this doctor to lot of my friends.
I really had a great experience here. I had fillings, root canal and I had a natural looking crown done in my front tooth. I really like the appearance. It looks natural. The fee of the treatment was resonable and they help me by finding a payment plan. The doctor are very professional and the staff is very friendly.. I stronly recomment this office
