I was inspired to enter the field of medicine by my family doctor, who was one of the most caring, compassionate and competent individuals I have ever met. My mother was a nurse and pharmaceutical representative, so I spent many hours in doctors' offices, pharmacies and hospitals watching firsthand the selfless care provided by healthcare professionals to their patients in their time of need. There are plenty of GOOD doctors around the area, don’t use Dr. MacClements.
It was informative. I told him what was going on he went over my records and went over my plan of care.I will definitely continue to see him as a primary care physician.

I had a great experience with Dr MacClements. He listened closely and was very friendly. He is very intelligent and caring.
He was cordial, thorough, and sensitive to my condition. He was informative throughout the exam and seemed concerned for my wellness as a whole. The Dell Medical environment is very unique with a sense of collaboration. I will definitely continue to see him as a primary care physician.
Absolutely horrible. Referred me out without even discussing with me prior. My first visit seemed like a complete bother to him. The younger doctors "learning" from him in the office seemed to strongly dislike him as well. And, now the referral office he sent me to has no openings for another 2 months. Also, a few days ago I received an invoice from him. Never have I ever had an experience so terrible.
I've been seeing Dr. MacClements for over a year as my PCP Internist. His thoroughness and bedside manner are outstanding!! I have only had excellent experiences with Dr. MacClements and his office. I am so glad I left my last Doctor and trusted my friend from Tyler who always went to him when his practice was in Tyler. The waiting room is nice. It is easy to call to schedule, talk to a nurse, get refills, etc. Teaching Doctors are the BEST! He only sees patients on Mondays and Thursdays.
